Clayton is an executive development coach and talent professional, with more than more than 20 years of leadership experience, beginning at Euromoney Institutional Investor (memberships for fixed income, equity trading and financial technology executives). From there he joined The Conference Board to assist in developing and managing CEO round-tables on corporate governance, M&A, and public-private partnerships. In the executive education divisions of Columbia Business School and UCLA, he has had complete oversight of corporate learning programs in leadership and strategy for organizations from over 15 countries and across multiple industries. Clayton has also served as a volunteer for initiatives at the United Nations Global Compact and Columbia University’s School of Public Health.
