We all have to deal with difficult people. They often take up much of our time and even make us feel like their behavior is directed at us and personal. Are these people critical for us to influence for success?

This workshop presents participants with “The 10 most difficult personality types” and tips on how to deal with each. Through discussion of personal experiences, participants are able to apply key learnings and see how they can enable productive conversations and outcomes with people they do not like.
This workshop assesses their influence style, maps their political savvy skill in alignment with their organization and provides discussion around a variety of scenarios where influence and political savvy are needed.
