Team Assessments
The Five Behaviors® Assessment
The Five Behaviors® model is a team-focused solution to help foster effective collaboration in the workplace and contribute to a cohesive and harmonious work environment. The model is centered on cultivating trust, constructive conflict, commitment to ideas, accountability, and ultimately, results. It is made up of both personal development and team development tools that provide precise and personalized results in order to deepen the participants’ understanding of themselves and others.
Herrmann Brain Thinking® Assessment
But this isn’t a standalone, one-and-done “test.”
The HBDI® is only the start to gaining full visibility into the way you and your team think, communicate, and work at your best.
